Loading CVC Calibration Data
Each CVC has unique calibration data shipped with the accessory. Before a CVC can be used
for performance testing, it’s serial number and calibration file must be read by INSIGHT
software. It is not necessary to reload the data unless you purchase a new CVC or have it
recalibrated.
Make a backup copy of the calibration data before use. Store the master and the Certificate of
Calibration in a secure location.
Y To load CVC calibration data
1. From the INSIGHT software Home screen, click Performance Verification.
2. Click Load CVC Calibration. A dialog box lets you browse for the calibration file. The
file is provided on a memory stick or other medium. The following format is used for the
file name:
evodata_[x]_[y].cal
where: x is the serial number of the CVC carousel, and
y is the CVC type (e for EP, u for USP and s for Standard).
3. Locate and select the calibration file that matches the installed CVC and click OK.
