• Wipe off spilled chemicals immediately.
Fiber Optic Cables
Handle fiber optic cables gently and follow these precautions:
• Do not drop the cables or knock them against a hard surface.
• Do not bend the cables or tightly coil them.
• Do not touch the end of a fiber optic cable connector.
• Do not overtighten or use tools to tighten the connectors when attaching the cables to the
ports.
• Avoid twisting the cables when attaching them to the connectors.
• Keep a protective cap on each end of the cable when not in use.
