Integrated Fiber Optic Module
This accessory provides transfer optics and an integrated detector for SMA (SubMiniature
version A)-terminated fiber optic probes. Probes must be purchased separately. A test cable is
included for aligning the accessory.
Safety Considerations
To avoid injury while using the accessory, do not stare at the UV beam or UV light leaving a
coupled fiber optic cable.
