strength or no
signal
• Soiled probe, optical
fibers, connectors or
ports on the Fiber Optic
Coupler
• Fiber Optic Coupler is
not aligned properly
• Damaged probe, optical
fiber or Fiber Optic
Coupler.
Use the test cable provided with the Fiber
Optic Coupler to test its performance
without the probe.
• If performance is acceptable with the
test cable but not with the probe,
clean the probe and replace any worn
seals or O-rings. See Cleaning Probes.
• If performance is still unacceptable,
