Operating Precautions
Handle the accessory carefully:
• Do not drop the accessory.
• Protect the accessory from mechanical shock.
• Use tubing that is compatible with your sample material.
• Remove the tubing from the pump before storing the accessory.
• Leave the instrument and accessory powered on when the pump is idle and some liquid in
the sample intake container. The accessory will periodically “sip” a small volume to
redistribute the pressure on the tubing.
