Peltier Thermostatted Single Cell Holder
This accessory includes a thermostatted single cell holder for standard 10 mm pathlength
cuvettes and a Peltier temperature controller that connects to a USB port on the
spectrophotometer or computer. The accessory requires a water pump or recirculator which
must be purchased separately. Cell temperature can be controlled two ways: from the Peltier
controller front panel or from the spectrophotometer using INSIGHT software. The Peltier
controller may also be used to agitate the sample by placing a magnetic stirrer in the cuvette
and selecting the stir speed.
