3. Remove the detector access panel. See Detector Access Panel.
4. Insert the connector on the accessory interface cable into the socket on the bottom of the
accessory.
5. Install the accessory. See Installing a Manual Accessory.
Before installing, route the interface cable under the baseplate and through the detector
cable opening so the free connector is above the accessory baseplate.
6. Pass the connector through the opening between the sample and detector compartments.
7. Plug it into the socket in the detector compartment and press to secure it.
