10. Removetheshaftassemblyfromtheviseandclamp
thestarterhousingintothevise.
11. Slidetheleverontotheshaftassemblybetweenthe
washerandtheclutch(Fig.0766).
Note: There is a notch in the bottom of the bearing
assembly (Fig. 0768) that ts into the groove
inside the housing (Fig. 0769). The notch
and groove must be lined up to fully seat the
bearing assembly in the housing.
