Removal (old design of the computer unit DSQC 639)
The procedure below details how to remove the fan in the computer unit.

The unit is sensitive to ESD, before handling

3. Remove the computer unit. Detailed in section Replacement of
computer unit DSQC639 on page 226.
4. Open the computer unit.
WARNING!
Be careful with the fan cable when opening
and removing the cover plate. The fan cable
must not be stretched.

5. Disconnect the fan cable from the mother-
board.
6. Remove the attachment screw.
