15. Insert the higher side of the Primary Gap Adjuster between the Pin Block and
the Contact Block as shown in Figure 3-17. To do this, lift up on the Outer
Barrier using the opposite side slide and insert the Primary Gap Adjuster
between the Pin Block and the Contact Block with the fingers pointing toward
the Outer Barrier shielding. Make sure that the Pin Block sits on the Primary
Gap Adjuster and not the black portion of the Pin Block.
16. Verify that the Outer Barrier is in the down position and that the ohmmeter
indicates an open condition.
17. Remove the Primary Gap Adjuster.
18. Disconnect the test leads of the ohmmeter from the Primary Safety Interlock
Contact Block.
19. Close all sliding access panels.
20. Reconnect the 5DX System’s main air input line.
21. Restart the User Interface and run Startup. Turn on the Motion Driver Power
Supply when instructed to do so.

With the Primary Gap Adjuster positioned properly, the Outer Barrier
will not be completey closed.
