SENSe[1]:MRATe <character_data>
This command sets the measurement on the power sensor.
When a channel is set to FAST, the following couplings occur:

This change only occurs on the measurement specified in the SENSe:MRATe command. When
the sensor is changed from FAST to NORMal or DOUBle, the settings that were in place when
FAST was entered are restored.
