CALCulate[1]:LIMit:UPPer[:DATA] <numeric_value>
This command enters a value for the upper test limit for the current
window/measurement used in the CALCulate[1]:LIMit
:FAIL? test. The units used are dependent on the current setting of
UNIT:POWer. When the measured power is greater than the value specified in
CALCulate[1]:LIMit:UPPer[:DATA], CALCulate[1]:LIMit:FAIL? reports
a fail. When the measured level is less than or equal to the limit, a fail is not
reported.
