IEEE 488.2 Command Reference 13
U2000 Series Programming Guide 307
*SRE <NRf>
The *SRE <NRf> command sets the Service Request Enable register bits. This
register contains a mask value for the bits to be enabled in the Status Byte
Register. A 1 in the Enable Register enables the corresponding bit in the Status
Byte Register; a 0 disables the bit. The parameter value, when rounded to an
integer and expressed in base 2, represents the bits 0 to 5 and bit 7 of the
Service Request Enable Register. Bit 6 is always 0. Table 13- 3 shows the
contents of this register. Refer to the pullout at the end of Chapter 10 for
further information.
