*ESE <NRf>
The *ESE (Event Status Enable) <NRf> command sets the Standard Event
Status Enable Register. This register contains a mask value for the bits to be
enabled in the Standard Event Status Register. A 1 in the Enable Register
enables the corresponding bit in the Status Register, a 0 disables the bit. The
parameter value, when rounded to an integer and expressed in base 2,
represents the bit values of the Standard Event Status Enable Register.
