This command sets the measurement mode for U2000 Series USB power
sensors.

When measurement mode is set to average:
• If TRIG:SOUR is set to INT1, or EXT, it is set automatically to IMM.
• INIT:CONT is set automatically to ON.
• SENS:AVER2:STAT is set automatically to OFF.
• CALC:FEED is set automatically to “POW:AVG” for all CALC blocks using the current
measurement in their CALC:MATH:EXPR.
