STATus:OPERation:LLFail[:SUMMary]
The operation status lower limit fail summary register set contains
information on the lower limit fail status of the power sensor.
The following bits in these registers are used by the power sensor:
The appropriate bits are set if a channel lower limit test fails or a window
lower limit test fails.
These bits are cleared if a measurement is made and the test is enabled and
passes.
