Do the following stepwise:
Change the direction of feeding commands "Open IN" and "Open OUT", by
reversing the wires on K1 and K2 terminals of the controller relay or using the
terminal reassignment function (Clamps reassignment tab).
Change the direction of passage sensors (if there are two of them), by reversing the
wires on D1 and D2 terminals of the controller or using the terminal reassignment
function.
Here is an example of reassigning readers and terminals for the above described case:

4. After the passage through the turnstile is completed, it is registered by the system as
if it was a break-in in the opposite direction (e.g., after the passage in the IN direction,
it is registered by the system as a break-in in the OUT direction).
Do the following:
Change the direction of passage sensors (if there are two of them), by reversing the
wires on D1 and D2 terminals of the controller or using the terminal reassignment
function (Clamps reassignment tab).
Here is an example of reassigning readers and terminals for the above described case:

5. After opening for the first time (from the control panel or by a card), the turnstile
remains to be open until the controller is restarted (nothing happens, when
presenting a card to a reader, and no request for a passage is registered on the
control program Monitoring tab).
This controller state means that one or both of the turnstile passage sensors are in an active state,
and the controller is waiting for the completion of the passage, which is considered (by the
controller) to be happening.
Do the following:
Check if the turnstile passage sensors are properly connected to Castle ACS and if
they are correctly customized by CONF1 dip-switch toggles (wiring diagrams and
