Do you have a question about the doble TDR9000 and is the answer not in the manual?

Overview

The Doble TDR9000™ Circuit Breaker Test System is a multi-purpose data recorder designed to measure, analyze, and record the electrical and mechanical performance of circuit breakers in the field. Its modular design and user-friendly interface allow for a wide array of configuration possibilities, supporting both on-line and off-line Live Tank and Dead Tank circuit breaker tests. The system can also read inputs from various external data collection devices connected through its Event module channels.

Function Description:

The TDR9000 system, in conjunction with the TRXField™ software, offers flexible testing capabilities. It allows for the configuration of test command parameters and access to circuit breaker specifications for comparative purposes. This integrated approach simplifies the performance of multiple tests under varying conditions. After a test, results can be viewed in tabular and graphical formats, with the ability to overlay results from different tests for comparison. The system compares test results against circuit breaker specifications and provides a Pass or Fail determination for each measurement with a comparative value set in the Test Plan. Field data can be transferred to a computer running the TRX™ software for database storage, record keeping, and test interpretation.

The system supports a variety of circuit breaker and ancillary tests, including:

  • Trip (O)
  • Close (C)
  • Reclose (O-C)
  • Trip Free (C-O)
  • O-C-O
  • First Trip
  • First Close
  • Slow Close
  • Continuity
  • Capacitance
  • Self-Diagnostics
