Answer Type Select a value
from the drop-
down list to
enable the
configuration of
the answer type
for each question.
This field is enabled if the related Question field is
enabled.
Default value: Alphanumeric
Allowed values:
• Alphanumeric
• Numeric
• Yes or No or Unknown
3. Select Save.
