Demographics
Displays information about the patient, such as:
• First Name and Last Name
• Age and/or Date of Birth
• Gender
• Race
• Height and Weight
• Room
• Location
2 Vital Signs Displays information about the patient's vital signs, such as:
• Heart rate
• PR interval
• QRS duration
• QT/QTc
• P-R-T axes
• Blood pressure
3 12SL
Interpretation
Statements
Displays automated 12SL interpretation statements if the report
format is configured to include 12SL interpretation statements.
Clinicians use this information to make decisions about cardiac
care for the patient. The patient report includes ACS interpretation
statements when the ECG is recorded with the ACS option.
The status of Hookup Advisor is based on the 12SL analysis of the
patient report.
4 ECG Header Displays the Patient ID, date and time of ECG acquisition in the
configured date and time format, and the name of the institution, if
configured.
5 Physician
Information
Displays the details below:
• Referred by: Name of the physician who referred the patient
• Secondary ID: Alternate identification number of the patient
6 Report Status Displays the status of the report.
7 Waveforms Displays the 10 seconds ECG patient report in the configured report
format for the selected lead set.
