3 Disconnect the cable (A), and then remove the three screws (B).
4 Remove the motor.

1 Turn o the printer, and then unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
2 Remove the top cover. See “Top cover removal” on page 455.
3 Remove the left cover. See “Left cover removal” on page 409.
4 Disconnect the three cables (A), and then remove the two screws (B).
