6 Remove the screw (B) securing the solenoid.
7 Route the cable o the mailbox, then remove the solenoid.
Mailbox latch removal
1 Remove the mailbox left cover or right cover. See “Mailbox left cover removal” on page 654 or “Mailbox
right cover removal” on page 651.
2 Pull the latches o the mailbox, and then remove.
