File manager: Internal memory / External memory 1 / External
memory 2 â–¶ Show all / Show files â–¶ Properties
Detailed information concerning the file is displayed in the Show files /
Properties dialog. They can be edited to a certain extent.
ï¿ File name
Name of the file.
ï¿ File group
Entry or selection of the group in which the file will be saved. If you
enter a new name, then the file will be moved into the new group.
ï¿ Write protection
If this option is activated, then the file cannot be saved, deleted,
moved or renamed. This is only an internal write protection feature and
is independent of the write protection of the operating system on your
computer.
ï¿ Created by
User who saved the file initially.
ï¿ Created on
Date and time at which the file was saved for the first time.
ï¿ Last saved by
User who saved the file most recently.
ï¿ Last saved on
Date and time at which the file has been saved most recently. Addition-
ally, the version of the file is displayed. The version number will be
increased by one each time the file is saved.
ï¿ Size
File size.
ï¿ Program version
Program version of the software with which the file was last saved.
