Moog ACV with CANopen bus interface 7 Servo valve functions
Flow / pressure (P) switchover
B99224-DV018-D-211, Rev. A, October 2018 228
7.13 Flow / pressure (P) switchover
The switch-over from flow (velocity) control to pressure (force) control allows a limit for the maximal force on
the piston rod. The valve will switch to pressure control if the pressure actual value is bigger than the demand
pressure. It will switch back to flow control if the output of the pressure controller is bigger than the output of
the flow controller (absolute values). The demand signal to the pilot valve will change continuous (filtered with
PT1 elements).

7.13.1 Object 0x520E: Flow valve direction
Signal to negate the output to the valve. Thus, the direction of the axis movement can be inverted.
