General Description
Use this Memory Block to specify the time (prepause) before the originating side can
send dial pulse or dual-tone multifrequency (DTMF) to the distant system.

1. Prepause time differs according to the acknowledgment signaling method.
2. This Memory Block affects T1 channels assigned as Tie/DID lines.
