Dispensing Head Finds Home
FmNT Command
y A program command is issued to
the FmNT software

y Relays Find Home command from
FmNT to the Servo Interconnect
PCA.

y Relays Find Home command to the
X, Y and Z-axis Servo Control
Amplifiers.
X, Y and Z-Axis Servo Control

y Activates the X, Y and Z-axis Servo
Motors to move the dispensing
head to the Home position.
X, Y and Z-Axis Servo Motors
y Move the dispensing head to the
Home position.
X, Y and Z-Axis Home & Limit Sensors
y FmNT first homes the Z-axis, then homes the
Y-axis, and finally homes the X-axis.
y As each axis reaches the home position, it
triggers the Home Sensor for that axis. The
Home Sensor sends the information back to
Servo Interconnect PCA.

y Relays output from Home & Limit
Sensors to the PMAC Card.
PMAC Card
y Receives Home & Limit Sensor
output from the Interconnect PCA
and relays a found home message
to the dispensing software.
