A diagnostic parameter indicating the state of the Peer to Peer module.
Enumerated values:
0: DISABLED - the Peer to Peer module is disabled.
1: ACTIVE - the Peer to Peer module is enabled and ready for communications.
2: ERROR
- the Peer to Peer module is in an error state and communications could not be established.
