different connector types, merged cals)

Gets the number of active system error corrections for channel <Ch>.
For the R&S ZNL/ZNLE the result is 0 (uncalibrated) or 1 (calibrated). The properties of
the active system error correction can be queried using [SENSe<Ch>:]CORRection:
DATA:PARameter<Sfk>?.
