Configures device tags for tagging user-defined information of the instrument in a
table. You can define up to 32 device tags, e.g., for HUMS history evaluation.
To add a device tag, define "Key" and "Value" of the device tag in the table. Click
"Add" to add all device tags of the table to the HUMS history.
