Inspect cycle printouts and PV reports for signs of trouble.

Verify sump under floor sections for debris. Use a hose to clean if necessary.

Verify around interior of reservoir(s) and also reservoir(s) cover to see if any hard water
deposits are visible. Brush off visible hard water deposits before DECONTAM cycle (see
Section 7.6, Decontam Cycle).

Verify pickup tube is not clogged, cracked or distorted. If damaged, contact STERIS* or
Customer ’s Maintenance Service.
