2. NON-HEATED STAGE: Phase solution is recirculated on load through traveler spray arm for preprogrammed
period of time (high speed) for non-heated stage.
3. HEATED STAGE: Then, chamber heats phase solution while solution is still recirculated on load through
traveler spray arms for preprogrammed period of time (high speed).
NOTE: If Wash temperature is not guaranteed, recirculation countdown begins even if temperature is not
reached (factory-setting). If wash temperature is guaranteed, recirculation countdown begins when
temperature is reached (factory-setting).
IMPORTANT: For custom cycles, the guaranteed wash must be preprogrammed at a temperature equal to hot water
supply or lower. If not, an alarm is triggered.
4. Chamber is drained upon completion.
5. Wash phase is followed by a Thermal Rinse phase (see Section 5.17, Thermal Rinse Phase).
6. In preparation for next cycle, hot water from building supply fills wash reservoir. Detergent is injected in
wash reservoir.
5.17 Thermal Rinse Phase
NOTE: Refer to, , for more details about cycle parameters that can be modified within established ranges.
1. At start-up, thermal reservoir was filled with hot water or pure water (option) from building supply and Rinse
aid was injected (if applicable). Thermal reservoir heated phase solution.
2. Phase solution is sent to chamber (low speed).
3. Phase solution is heated and recirculated on load through traveler spray arms for preprogrammed period of time
(high speed) to achieve thermal disinfection.
NOTE: Except for QUICK cycle, recirculation countdown begins when temperature is reached (factory-setting).
4. Chamber is drained upon completion.
NOTE: Thermal Rinse phase is followed by a Drying phase (see Section 5.18, Drying Phase).
5.18 Drying Phase
NOTE: Refer to , for more details about cycle parameters that can be modified within established ranges.
1. HEPA filtered air is heated and blown on load and then exhausted to vent for preprogrammed period of time.
2. For CART STD, CART LOW ECO or QUICK cycle: If Automatic Floor Tilting is activated, floor is tilted for fast
drying.
NOTE: Floor tilting can only be selected with CART STD, CART LOW ECO, QUICK cycle or customizable cycles.
