Condition
Load comes out dirty at cycle end.
General Troubleshooting Additional Information
Wrong type of detergent is used.
1. Follow detergent manufacturer’s recommendations
for quantity of detergent to be used.
2. If situation reoccurs, contact STERIS.
Traveler spray arms clogged.
1. Clean traveler spray arms (refer to Section 7.9,
Traveler Spray Arm Assemblies).
2. If situation reoccurs, contact STERIS.
Rotary spray arm assemblies on Vision CW Instrument
Washing Manifolded Rack clogged.
1. Clean rotary spray arms (refer to Section 7.10, Vision
CW Instrument Washing Manifolded Rack Spray Arm
Assemblies).
2. If situation reoccurs, contact STERIS.
Chamber debris screen clogged.
1. Clean debris screen (refer to Section 7.4, Debris
Screen).
2. If situation reoccurs, contact STERIS.
Wash phase too short.
1. Increase wash phase time in Supervisor mode
Modify cycle screen.
2. If situation reoccurs, contact STERIS.
Wash or thermal rinse reservoir recycling count too high.
1. Lower wash or thermal rinse reservoir recycling
count in Supervisor mode.
2. If situation reoccurs, contact STERIS.
