8.78 Manifolded rack spray arms not turning
Condition
Manifolded rack spray arms not turning.
NOTE: Problem applies if Instrument Washing option is present.
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Clogged manifolded rack spray arms.
1. Clean spray arms (refer to Section 7.10, Vision CW
Instrument Washing Manifolded Rack Spray Arm
Assemblies).
2. If situation reoccurs, contact STERIS.
Excessive scale build up in manifolded rack spray arm
pivot.
1. Run a DECONTAM cycle with manifolded
instrument rack (refer to Section 7.6, Decontam
Cycle).
2. If situation reoccurs, contact STERIS.
8.79 No audible signal when alarm occurs, when cycle is completed, etc.

Defective amplifier/speaker system.
