• In Ready mode, washer/disinfector is always ready to process a cycle. However, if an INSTRUMENT cycle is
selected (Instrument Washing option required), reservoir to be used is first drained then filled with fresh water
for Pre-Wash phase;
• Any reservoir that has not been used for more than 24 hours is automatically drained;
• If washer/disinfector has not been used for more than 24 hours, processing a DECONTAM cycle is recommended.
5.6 Reservoirs - Water Recycling
If desired, water can be returned to reservoir in use until the reservoir recycling count reaches 0.
The recycling count for the water recycling feature can be set from 1 to 20, which is the number of times the water will
be used before being drained.
The recycling count is set in Reservoirs menu of the Supervisor mode.
NOTE: If recycling count is set to 1, water is not recycled but drained after each cycle.
See for more details about using the water recycling feature.
5.7 Reservoirs - Fresh Water
Only fresh water is used with the INSTRUMENT cycle (Instrument Washing option required). Fresh water can also be
used with other cycles.
SeeTable 5-1 for more details about using the fresh water feature.
