8.56 Warning# 8 Cycle Chemical Injection Rates Have Been Reset to Factory Default Values
Condition
At power up, chemical injection pumps data file was detected as corrupted.
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Chemical injection pumps data file is corrupted.
1. Supervisor needs to reprogram reservoirs and
cycles parameters in Supervisor mode or through
Modify cycle screen.
8.57 Warning# 9 Temperature Not Reached by Reservoir #1 During DECONTAM Cycle Wash
Condition
If 1 second before the end of DECONTAM wash phase in reservoir #1, RESERVOIR #1 RTD reading is below Decontam
wash phase temperature setpoint.
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Excessive scale build up in the recirculation piping of
water or reservoir heater.
1. Press Alarm Reply on touch screen to stop alarm
buzzer and acknowledge displayed alarm message.
2. Abort cycle.
3. Cycle processes Abort sequence then returns to
normal operation
4. Run another DECONTAM cycle to completely
remove scale from reservoir heaters (refer to
Section 7.6, Decontam Cycle).
5. If situation reoccurs, contact STERIS.
8.58 Windows Message: SterisHMI.exe is not responding
Condition
Washer is connected to a PC. Windows message: Steris HMI.exe is not responding.
General Troubleshooting Additional Information
Too many files in Windows printer spooler. No paper in
printer.
1. Replace printer paper roll (refer to Section 7.8,
Changing Printer Paper Roll and Ink Cartridge
(Accessory)).
2. Printer will resume printing from the spooler.
Too many files in Windows printer spooler. Printouts
function is not used.
1. Enter Supervisor mode and disable printer
operation by setting Printer to “No”.
2. Cycle power to unit to clear Windows spooler.
