Display shows blank red screen with an error message.
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Automation/HMI software communication issue.
1. Restart washer/disinfector using Power (ON/OFF)
toggle switch.
2. If situation reoccurs, contact STERIS.
8.63 Door fails to open
Condition
Door fails to open.
General Troubleshooting Additional Information
If load door does open, unload door is open.
1. Close unload door.
If unload door does not open, safety interlock feature
engaged.
1. Unload door does not open until cycle is completed.
Building exhaust system not working as per equipment
drawing requirements.
1. Contact STERIS.
Unload door mechanism defective.
1. Contact STERIS.

Condition
Door obstruction.
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Obstruction occurred while door was closing.
1. Remove obstruction.
2. If obstruction cannot be removed, contact STERIS.
