8.27 Alarm# 25 Reservoir #3 Level Sensors Defective
Condition
Reservoir #3 low level sensor does not detect water while high water level sensor detects water, or flowmeter water,
detected more than 120 L (31.7 gal) of water.
Alarm is triggered by...
• OPEN RESERVOIR #3 HOT WATER FILL VALVE output [V16/CR10] is closed and OPEN RESERVOIR #3 INLET VALVE
is closed and RESERVOIR #3 OUTLET VALVE output [V17] is closed while RESERVOIR #3 LOW WATER LEVEL
DETECTED input [LS5] is not reached and RESERVOIR #3 HIGH WATER LEVEL DETECTED input [LS6] is reached
for ten consecutive seconds. – or –
• OPEN RESERVOIR #3 HOT WATER FILL VALVE output [V16/CR10] is open and HOT WATER LINE FLOWMETER
input [FS6] count is above 120 L (31.7 gal).
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Problem with Reservoir #3 level sensors.
1. Press ALARM REPLY on touch screen to stop alarm
buzzer and acknowledge displayed alarm message.
2. Abort cycle.
3. If condition reoccurs, contact STERIS.
8.28 Alarm# 26 Reservoir #1 Draining or Transfer Malfunction
Condition
Reservoir #1 low level sensor still detects water after outlet valve has been open for 90 seconds.
Alarm is triggered by...
• OPEN RESERVOIR #1 OUTLET VALVE output [V10] is open while OPEN RESERVOIR #1 INLET VALVE [V9] is not
open and, 90 seconds later, RESERVOIR #1 LOW WATER LEVEL DETECTED input [LS1] is still activated.
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Problem with Reservoir #1 draining or transfer.
1. Press ALARM REPLY on touch screen to stop alarm
buzzer and acknowledge displayed alarm message.
2. Abort cycle.
3. If condition reoccurs, contact STERIS.
