8.47 Alarm# 50 Analog Sensor Calibrations have been Reset to Factory Default Values
Condition
Calibration of analog sensors have been reset to default.
Alarm is triggered by...
• At power up, "calibration.dat" file was detected as corrupted or is not present.
General Troubleshooting Additional Information
Calibration data file was detected as corrupted or is not
present.
1. Press ALARM REPLY on touch screen to stop alarm
buzzer and acknowledge displayed alarm message.
2. Temperature sensor must be calibrated. Contact
STERIS.
8.48 Alarm# 51 Cycles Returned to Factory Default Values, Warn Supervisor!
Condition
Some cycles parameters have been reset to default.
Alarm is triggered by...
• At power up, "cycle.dat" or "reservoir.dat" or "supervisorsetup.dat" file was detected as corrupted or is not
present.
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Cycle parameters have been reset to default.
1. Supervisor needs to reprogram reservoirs and
cycles parameters in Supervisor mode.
2. If situation reoccurs, contact STERIS.
8.49 Warning# 1 Hot Water Pressure Below Requirement
Condition
Hot water pressure measured by flowmeter is below requirements for 5 consecutive seconds.
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Hot water valve is not fully open.
1. Verify if washer/disinfector hot water valve is fully
open.
2. If not, open washer/disinfector hot water valve.
3. If situation reoccurs, contact STERIS.
Washer/disinfector hot water strainer is clogged.
1. Clean washer/disinfector hot water strainer.
2. If situation reoccurs, contact STERIS.
