8.23 Alarm# 21 Reservoir #2 Cold Water Not Filling
Condition
Reservoir #2 cold water fill valve is open but flowmeter does not detect water.
Alarm is triggered by...
• OPEN RESERVOIR #2 COLD WATER FILL VALVE output [V15/CR12] is open and, ten minutes later, RESERVOIR #2
HIGH WATER LEVEL DETECTED input [LS4] is not activated.
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Building supply valves closed.
1. Press ALARM REPLY on touch screen to stop alarm
buzzer and acknowledge displayed alarm message.
2. Abort cycle.
3. Open supply valves and verify pressure indicator.
4. If condition reoccurs, contact STERIS.
8.24 Alarm# 22 Reservoir #3 Hot Water Not Filling
Condition
Reservoir #3 hot water fill valve is open but flowmeter does not detect water.
Alarm is triggered by...
• OPEN RESERVOIR #3 HOT WATER FILL VALVE output [VR16/CR10] is open and HOT WATER LINE FLOWMETER
input [FS1] does not generate at least one pulse/second for five consecutive seconds.
