Installation verification
3.1 Technical Specifications — Introduction
These specifications are intended to describe the technical information located on the identification nameplate and
other relevant information for the Vision® 1321 Cart and Utensil Washer/Disinfector, the Vision® 1327 Cart and Utensil
Washer/Disinfector and the Vision® 1330L Cart and Utensil Washer/Disinfector.
Verify equipment drawing of corresponding washer/disinfector or identification nameplate (located on top of electrical
box, on mechanical core drying section) for proper voltage and amperage.
3.2 Voltage, Amperage and Power Consumption
The washer/disinfectors operate on:
• 200-208 V, three-phase, 50 Hz, three-wire + PE, steam-heated;
• 200-208 V, three-phase, 60 Hz, three-wire + PE, steam-heated;
• 380-415 V, three-phase, 50 Hz, three-wire + PE, steam-heated;
• 380-415 V, three-phase, 50 Hz, three-wire + PE, electric-heated;
• 380-400 V, three-phase, 60 Hz, three-wire + PE, steam-heated;
• 380-400 V, three-phase, 60 Hz, three-wire + PE, electric-heated;
• 460-480 V, three-phase, 60 Hz, three-wire + PE, steam-heated;
• 460-480 V, three-phase, 60 Hz, three-wire + PE, electric-heated.
• A protective ground conductor is required (Class 1 Equipment).
• The maximum currents and power consumptions are indicated on the identification nameplate (located on top of
electrical box, on mechanical core drying section).
• Main supply voltage fluctuation not exceeding ±10% of nominal voltage.
• Installation Category: Overvoltage Category II.
IMPORTANT: Customer is responsible for compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Refer to Uncrating/Installation Instructions of corresponding washer/disinfector for proper connection.
3.3 Noise Level
Equivalent Sound Pressure Level at work station (measured 36" [1.0 m] away from equipment and at 63" [1.6 m] from
ground): 65 dB (A).
3.4 Seismic Anchorage System (Accessory)
A seismic anchorage system (based on California requirements) is available for high-risk seismic zones.
3.5 Permissible Environmental Conditions
The Vision 1321 washer/disinfector, the Vision 1327 washer/disinfector and the Vision 1330L washer/disinfector are
designed to operate under the following conditions:
• Indoor use only;
• Altitude of operation up to 6560 ft (2000 m);
