8.29 Alarm# 27 Reservoir #2 Draining or Transfer Malfunction
Condition
Reservoir #2 low water level still detects water after outlet valve has been open for 90 seconds.
Alarm is triggered by...
• OPEN RESERVOIR #2 OUTLET VALVE output [V14] is open while OPEN RESERVOIR #2 INLET VALVE [V13] is not
open and, 90 seconds later, RESERVOIR #2 LOW WATER LEVEL DETECTED input [LS3] is still activated.
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Problem with Reservoir #2 draining or transfer.
1. Press ALARM REPLY on touch screen to stop alarm
buzzer and acknowledge displayed alarm message.
2. Abort cycle.
3. If condition reoccurs, contact STERIS.
8.30 Alarm# 28 Reservoir #3 Draining or Transfer Malfunction
Condition
Reservoir #3 low water level still detects water after outlet valve has been open for 90 seconds.
Alarm is triggered by...
• OPEN RESERVOIR #3 OUTLET VALVE output [V18] is open while RESERVOIR #3 INLET VALVE output [V13] is not
open and, 90 seconds later, RESERVOIR #3 LOW WATER LEVEL DETECTED input [LS5] is still activated.
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Problem with Reservoir #3 draining or transfer.
1. Press ALARM REPLY on touch screen to stop alarm
buzzer and acknowledge displayed alarm message.

8.31 Alarm #29 Chamber Pressure Abnormal
Condition
Pressure switch inside chamber was outside allowed values for two consecutive seconds.
Alarm is triggered by...
• CHAMBER PRESSURE ABNORMAL input [PS2/PS3] is activated for two consecutive seconds.

Additional Information
Pressure inside chamber is abnormal.
1. Press ALARM REPLY on touch screen to stop alarm
buzzer and acknowledge displayed alarm message.
2. Abort cycle.
3. If condition reoccurs, contact STERIS.
