8.85 Printer does not work
Condition
Printer does not work.
General Troubleshooting Additional Information
Printer is out of paper.
1. Change printer paper roll (refer to Section 7.8,
Changing Printer Paper Roll and Ink Cartridge
(Accessory)).
Printer was disabled in washer/disinfector configuration
menu.
1. Enable printer in Supervisor mode.
2. If condition reoccurs, contact STERIS.
8.86 Printer printout is erratic

Paper jammed in printer.
1. Verify and clear out jammed paper if necessary
(refer to Section 7.8, Changing Printer Paper Roll and
Ink Cartridge (Accessory)).
2. If condition reoccurs, contact STERIS.
Drag on paper roll.
1. Verify and replace paper roll (refer to Section 7.8,
Changing Printer Paper Roll and Ink Cartridge
(Accessory)).
2. Use only STERIS paper.
3. If condition reoccurs, contact STERIS.
