6.3 Process Verification Chemical Injection Range
The chemical injection is monitored during the instrumentation cycle to ensure that the quantity of chemical injected is
in the acceptance range.
During the cycle itself, an alarm is generated if the chemical volume injected is out of acceptance range.
6.4 Using Process Verification (PV)
Process Verification (PV) monitors cycle parameters during specific phases. The system then records and stores these
parameters throughout the duration of the operating cycle. During Thermal Rinse phase, an alarm is generated if the
said critical parameters are out of specific range.
