Insufficient or no water entering chamber through horizontal traveler spray arms.
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Horizontal traveler spray arms clogged.
1. Clean spray arms (refer to Section 7.9, Traveler Spray
Arm Assemblies)
2. If situation reoccurs, contact STERIS.
8.75 Insufficient or no water entering chamber through manifolded rack
Condition
Insufficient or no water entering chamber through manifolded rack.
NOTE: Problem applies if Instrument Washing option is present.
General Troubleshooting Additional Information
Bad connection between rack manifold and chamber
water inlet.
1. Reconnect rack to water inlet.
2. If situation reoccurs, contact STERIS.
Clogged manifolded rack spray arms.
1. Clean spray arms (refer to Section 7.10, Vision CW
Instrument Washing Manifolded Rack Spray Arm
Assemblies).
2. If situation reoccurs, contact STERIS.
8.76 Interior light is OFF when building electrical supply disconnect switch is ON
Condition
Interior light is OFF when building electrical supply disconnect switch is ON.
General Troubleshooting Additional Information
Washer/disinfector power is OFF.
1. Press top portion of Power (ON/OFF) toggle switch
to turn power ON
Chamber light failed.
