8.6 Alarm# 4 Load Door Unlocked During Cycle
Condition
Load door lock sensor deactivated while cycle is in process.
Alarm triggered by...
• ACTIVATE CYCLE IN OPERATION SIGNAL output [CR5] is activated and LOAD DOOR LOCKED switch [Left = ZS3/ZS4
or Right = ZS7 or ZS8] is not detected for two consecutive seconds.
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Load door lock sensor deactivated during cycle.
1. Press ALARM REPLY on touch screen to stop alarm
buzzer and acknowledge displayed alarm message.
2. Abort cycle.
3. Cycle processes Abort sequence then returns to
normal operation.
4. If condition reoccurs, contact STERIS.
8.7 Alarm# 5 Unload Door Unlocked During Cycle
Condition
Unload door lock sensor deactivated while cycle is in process.
Alarm is triggered by...
• ACTIVATE CYCLE IN OPERATION SIGNAL output [CR5] is activated and UNLOAD DOOR LOCKED switch [Left =
ZS3/ZS4 or Right = ZS7 or ZS8] is not detected for two consecutive seconds.
