WARNING
BURN HAZARD
Inner surfaces of chamber, surgical case carts and racks are very hot after cycle is completed. Allow
washer/disinfector to cool down before entering chamber. Always wear appropriate Personal Protective
Equipment (PPE), including gloves and faceshield, and avoid contact with inner walls when entering
chamber.
WARNING
SLIPPING HAZARD
To prevent slips, keep floors dry. Promptly clean up any spills or drippage. For spills or drippage of
detergents or other chemicals, follow safety precautions and handling procedures set forth on detergent
or chemical label and/or Safety Data Sheet (SDS).

PERSONAL INJURY HAZARD
● Always verify door bridge is down before entering and exiting washer/disinfector chamber.
● Keep hands and fingers away from door or any moving parts to prevent crushing.
● Items in rack may move during processing and be filled with residual hot water or protrude from rack
at the end of the cycle. Always wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and carefully
remove items from cart.
1. When cycle is completed, unload door automatically opens. Display shows:
