POSSIBLE EQUIPMENT DAMAGE
Items processed in the washer/disinfector must tolerate temperatures and chemicals specified in this
manual. Always follow instrument manufacturer recommendations for cleaning instructions.
Vision CW Instrument Washing Manifolded Rack, included with Instrument Washing option, can load:
• 18 DIN trays. DIN tray s dimensions are 18.9 x 9.8 x 2.4” (480 x 249 x 61 mm).
• 12 full-size US instrument trays. Full-size US instrument tray s dimensions are 22 x 11 x 6” (559 x 279 x 152
mm).

When loading Vision CW Instrument Washing Manifolded Rack, ensure:
• no items stick out or hang out of rack;
• all hinged surgical instruments with handles, such as scissors, hemostats and forceps, are stringed before being
placed in a rack to optimize cleaning of hinges. A maximum of 50 items, open at a 90° angle, must be placed in
each instrument tray;
• instruments are always placed in an instrument tray for processing, never alone on the rack.
