6. Close the sample compartment door.
7. Click OK to initialize the accessory.
Initialization reads information about the accessory and moves it to position 1.
8. To use a temperature probe with the cell changer, see “Temperature Probe”.
9. To connect a fluid recirculator or other device to control sample temperature on a
thermostatted cell changer, see “Installing a Thermostatted Accessory.”
10. Calibrate the cell changer (linear cell changers only) and set the software parameters to
display the cell changer status monitor and configure the accessory for operation.

1. Line up the tab on the underside of the cell holder with the notch on the motor shaft.
2. Place the cell holder on the shaft.
