Gobo/Color (Dual) Fan Assembly Replacement

Repair/Replacement Procedure
Step 1. Disconnect luminaire AC input cable from power source.
Step 2. Remove both top and bottom head cover by loosening four quarter-turn captive locking
screws.
Step 3. Disconnect fan wiring from zoom interconnect pcb.
Step 4. At fan duct micro-switch, remove two 4-40x5/8" PPZ screws and remove micro-switch.
Step 5. At Fan assembly, remove four 6-32x3/8" PPZ screws and remove fan assembly.
Step 6. Replace by performing steps 2 through 5 in reverse order.
Note: Some early-production wash fixtures only have one fan mounted to dual fan assembly. All
current production fixtures have two fans.
