80MM Fan Replacement

Repair/Replacement Procedure
Step 1. Disconnect luminaire AC input cable from power source.
Step 2. Remove top head cover by loosening four quarter-turn captive locking screws. Top cover is
identifiable as the cover on top when back label is such that words are displayed correct side
up.
Step 3. At 80MM fan, remove three 6-32 x 1/2" SCZ Allen screws and one 6-32 x 3/8" SCB Allen
screw.
Step 4. Disconnect wiring from 80MM fan.
Step 5. After removing 80MM fan, remove four 6-32 x 3/8" PPZ screws and 6-32 KEPS nuts. Then
remove Fan guard.
Step 6. Replace by performing steps 2 through 5 in reverse order.
Note: Be sure and orient fan properly, air should flow TOWARDS lamp.
